The Kelvin D. Isom II Impact Scholarship

Overview

The Kelvin D. Isom II Impact Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or college freshmen in good academic standing. Students who plan to attend a 4-year college or university in Western Pennsylvania, Atlanta, Georgia, or Washington, D.C. are eligible. African American students are especially encouraged to apply. Low-income students and those strong in academics receive special consideration.
