Overview

The Thomas S. and Patricia A. Tilot Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in the city of Saginaw, Michigan. Students planning to pursue a technical certification at a trade or vocational school in Michigan are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their participation in community service and demonstration of financial need.
