The Col. Delbert Townsend Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Decatur Community High School in Oberlin, Kansas. Students who have attended Decatur Community High School are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students attending community college, vocational school, or technical school, as well as 4-year schools other than Kansas State University.
