Overview

The Virgin Islands Exceptional Children Scholarship is offered to students from U.S. Virgin Islands, who have a physical or mental disability. Students who demonstrate exceptional abilities and the need for educational training, that are not available within the Virgin Islands public schools are encouraged to apply.
