Overview

The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship - Career and Technical Scholarship is available to residents of Washington who will graduate or have graduated from a high school in the state. The scholarship supports students seeking a professional certification or associate degree in a high-demand trade, STEM, or healthcare-related field. Students who plan to or are currently attending a community or technical college in Washington are welcome to apply.
