The Wayne & Krista Hovey Endowed Scholarship for Technical Skills and Trades is available to graduating seniors from Pasadena Independent School District high schools who plan to attend San Jacinto College. Students who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to graduating seniors at South Houston High School in South Houston, Texas.
