Overview

The West Elmira Fire Department Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors who are residents of West Elmira, New York, volunteers with the West Elmira Volunteer Fire Department, or have a family member who volunteers there. Students pursuing a degree or certification are encouraged to apply.
