Overview
The West Liberty-Salem Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, non-profit financial cooperative. It was established by West Liberty-Salem teachers in 1963 to provide a means for teachers to save and borrow money. Its membership has grown to include the entire West Liberty-Salem community. The Board of Directors and the Credit Union Staff are pleased to provide the Legacy Scholarships to West Liberty-Salem seniors.
