Overview

The Legacy Scholarship Foundation (LSF) is a Michigan Corporation licensed by the State Attorney General to solicit contributions from the public and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Its function is to establish numerous individual scholarship funds, manage their contributions, and oversee the application, selection and fund distribution process to graduating high school seniors from numerous school districts. The scholarships available through LSF were created to memorialize students, coaches, and educators, as well as family members of residents of the Walled Lake and surrounding school districts, and also include scholarships established by local businesses and organizations.
