Mike Lindstrom Memorial Scholarship

Overview

Mike Lindstrom, (Mr. L), was what high school volleyball was meant to be. This beloved volleyball coach and Walled Lake Schools' teacher died suddenly in 2002. This scholarship was created by his family, students, players, parents, and colleagues to honor Mike Lindstrom, a dedicated coach and teacher, by supporting students who demonstrate leadership and commitment in their school and community. The scholarship recognizes a graduating senior volleyball team member for academic achievement, sportsmanship, positive attitude, and dedication to her team.
