Commerce United Methodist Church

Overview

(1997) One of the oldest United Methodist churches in the state, the church created this scholarship to honor a graduating member of its congregation. Legacy Scholarship Funds, Inc., established in May 1981, is a non-profit public charity created to provide scholarships to high school seniors going on to institutions of higher learning of their choice. The scholarship seeks to support active members of the church community who are pursuing higher education.
