Zen Rooms

Overview

Zen Rooms are designated quiet spaces in schools designed to help students reduce stress and sensory overload. These rooms are outfitted with comfortable seating, soft lighting, and calming activities to provide a sanctuary for students needing a break from the busy school environment. The project was implemented as part of a district-wide effort to support student mental health, well-being, and social-emotional learning.
