Dr. Dale Martin was Superintendent of the Waterford School District from 1991-1994. Even though he is no longer a part of the Waterford School District, he continues to maintain a $1000 scholarship awarded to a Waterford Durant High School graduate that demonstrates potential to succeed in a specific trade, technical or health-related career. The student must be accepted to a trade, technical or community college.
