Overview

The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) Educational Assistance Program provides interest-free loans and grants to students who are the children of MOAA members (active duty, retired, or former officers) or the children of active duty, Reserve, National Guard, or retired enlisted service members. The program was established to provide financial support for the higher education of children from military families, including those whose parents have served in various capacities across all branches of the armed forces. It includes specialized awards for families affected by service-related deaths or disabilities.
