Presidential Tuition Waivers

Overview

Presidential Tuition Waivers (PTW), also known as the President’s Choice Scholarship, are competitively awarded to out-of-state and international students based on academic performance and/or test scores. These waivers were established to attract high-achieving students to the university by reducing out-of-state tuition costs. All admitted out-of-state and international students who are legally present in the US are considered, with the qualification of recipients depending on the competitiveness of the applicant pool.
