Foreign Affairs Information Technology Fellowship (FAIT)

Overview

The Foreign Affairs Information Technology (FAIT) Fellowship, funded by the U.S. Department of State, provides undergraduate and graduate students with a pathway to a career in the Foreign Service as an Information Management Specialist. The two-year fellowship provides academic funding for an IT-related degree, internships, and professional development leading up to an appointment in the Foreign Service as a Diplomatic Technology Officer. It is designed to attract and prepare outstanding students for careers in the Foreign Service of the U.S. Department of State.
