Overview
The Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization (ACSTO) was the first STO in Arizona. It provides scholarships to students attending private Christian schools in Arizona using funds from the Individual and PLUS tax credit programs. ACSTO was founded in 1998 by Steve Yarbrough following the passage of Arizona's private school tuition tax credit law. Its mission is to make Christian education affordable and accessible for Arizona families.
