Overview

For more than 60 years, Mariann Hoag shaped Roeper with her trailblazing leadership, deep compassion, and unwavering belief in every child’s potential. As chair of the Financial Aid Committee, she knew every student by name and knew exactly when to lift them, challenge them, and help them discover their greatness. When she passed in 2009, the school honored her extraordinary devotion by renaming their financial aid program the Mariann Hoag Financial Aid Grant Award Program. This program and its supporting fundraising event ensure that a Roeper education remains accessible to students who need it most.
