Overview
The GySgt Blaine Miller Halvorson Memorial Scholarship will honor the legacy of a community hero. Blaine was a 27 year old Marine when he tragically was killed in a motor vehicle accident. He pushed another to safety and saved multiple lives through organ donation. Blaine was a strong supporter of those who served in the military or public service, and those who had careers within the trades. He looked for opportunities to help others and do good things.
