Wade Mccree Incentive Scholarship Program

Overview

The Wade-H-McCree-Incentive-Scholarship-Program is a four-year tuition guarantee for Pontiac students who qualify in the 9th grade and maintain academic standards. This program, which is the same as the Wade McCree Incentive Scholarship, was established to provide a 'Certainty of Opportunity' for students within the Pontiac School District and other participating Michigan districts. It serves as an incentive for students to achieve academic excellence from the start of high school, ensuring that those who meet GPA and testing requirements have their college tuition covered at participating Michigan public universities.
