Teacher Incentive Awards

Overview

The Teacher Incentive Awards were established by the Pontiac Alumni Foundation to recognize and reward educators within the Pontiac School District for excellence in teaching, innovative classroom projects, or significant impact on student achievement. The program was created as part of the foundation's mission to provide academic and financial resources that sustain academic improvement and improve reading levels of all students. The foundation aims to annually increase the number and amount of these incentive awards to create a 'Certainty of Opportunity' for the district.
