The Kelsey’s Law Distracted Driving Awareness Scholarship was created in response to the tragic death of Kelsey Raffaele in a distracted driving accident. Sponsored by Michigan Auto Law, the program aims to raise awareness among high school students about the dangers of distracted driving, specifically texting while driving. The scholarship seeks to leverage the creativity of students to save lives and promote safer driving habits through powerful messages urging young drivers to put their phones down behind the wheel.
