Parchment established the Junior Scholarship based on a deep conviction in the importance of education and a mission to turn credentials into opportunities. The award is provided to 11th-grade students as they enter the critical year of college preparation to help with the costs of testing, college visits, and early application preparations. It aims to foster a college-bound culture and reinforce Parchment's commitment to providing financial support to students as they reach their college goals.
