Established to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Marcia L. Hubbard-Shepard, a dedicated educator and community leader. The Dr. Marcia L. Hubbard-Shepard Memorial Scholarship is in memory of Dr. Marcia L. Hubbard-Shepard who was from Shaker Heights, Ohio and attended Shaker Heights High School. Dr. Hubbard-Shepard was a pathologist at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and the scholarship is focused on providing support and mentorship to an African-American male or female with an interest in pre-medicine, math or sciences.
