Overview
The Onwards & Upwards Community Enrichment Fund (OnUpCEF) provides annual scholarships to help local students overcome financial barriers to higher education. The foundation focuses on supporting students who show potential for leadership and a desire to contribute back to the community. These awards include one scholarship dedicated to a deserving Wolverine Lake resident and one for individuals who have been active volunteers in the Village of Wolverine Lake.
