This scholarship was created by friends, family and community supporters to honor Angela Martin, a member of the graduating class of 2007 at Walled Lake Central. Angela died in July 2014 at the young age of 25 from an accidental opioid overdose. This scholarship recognizes a graduating Walled Lake School District student who has overcome a hardship or obstacle in their lifetime and wishes to further continue their education.
