Overview

J. Gavin Bradley was a Mt. Pleasant High School student who passed away in 2006. Gavin began a love affair with food and cooking as a child, eventually obtaining a Grand Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia, and working as a chocolatier. His passion for the craft made him a perfectionist when it came to cooking, and his family established this scholarship in 2006 to honor his memory and to support students pursuing careers in the culinary or hospitality fields. Gavin's family hopes that the fund will provide help to encourage others to pursue their goals and passion for adventure.
