Elizabeth O’donnell Baer ’89 Memorial Scholarship

Overview

The Baer family and friends established this scholarship in memory of Elizabeth, Marian Class of 1989, who died in a bicycling accident following her freshman year of college. This scholarship provides one non-renewable award to a student entering her junior or senior year at Marian. The recipient must demonstrate the unique ability to make people of all ages feel good about themselves through her sincere, cheerful interest in and concern for them. The recipient must apply herself to her academic and athletic pursuits with a strong sense of tenacity and demonstrated hard work.
