Summer Camp Scholarships

Overview

Each year, Orion Area Youth Assistance sends dozens of our Orion youth to summer camps though our Summer Camp Scholarship program. This critically important program provides a wonderful camp experience to children who would otherwise not have the opportunity to attend camp. Funding for Summer Camp Scholarships includes an annual contribution of $5,000 from Charter Township of Orion. Other funding comes from donations from private individuals and local businesses.
