The Blanche Sims Elementary PTO is pleased to offer a scholarship to a former student who attended Blanche Sims Elementary. A representative from Blanche Sims Elementary will present the scholarship to the winner at the LOHS Awards Night at the end of the school year, if possible. If in-person presentation is not possible, the winner will be contacted via email.
