Overview
NOCC believes that students in the Lake Orion Community should be encouraged to give back to the community and support one another to remain alcohol and drug free. The NOCC scholarship was created to recognize those students who have been active in their school or community and have participated in NOCC events. It aims to highlight students who exemplify the positive impact youth voices have in their community.
