The D. H. and Irene Strader Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors or community college students from Fruitvale High School, Texas, who are planning to attend or are attending Tyler Junior College. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to graduating seniors, followed by any graduate, regardless of age or current residency place.
