MI Tuition Incentive Program (TIP)

Overview

The Tuition Incentive Program (TIP) is an incentive program that encourages students to complete high school by providing tuition assistance for the first two years of college and beyond. This state-funded program focuses on students who have been on Medicaid for at least 24 months within a 36 consecutive month period. It provides a pathway to higher education by covering community college costs and supporting subsequent bachelor's degree attainment.
