Consumers Energy Foundation Grant

Overview

Kirtland Community College has received a $10,000 grant from the Consumers Energy Foundation supporting their fall Kickstart program. The Kirtland Kickstart program was started in Summer 2023, provides incoming students with knowledge and exposure to what college life and courses will be like. The Consumers Energy Foundation is the charitable arm of Consumers Energy, Michigan’s largest energy provider, and contributes to the growth and strengthening of Michigan communities by investing in what’s most important — our people, our planet and Michigan’s prosperity.
