The United Nations Association National Community Service Awards is a national program that recognizes students for their commitment to service learning and community involvement. The awards program aims to encourage students to experience the positive impact that community involvement and good citizenship have on mental and physical well-being. Recognition is granted at three distinct levels—Merit, Honor, and Ambassador—based on the time and amount of service performed by the student.
