Howard Baker Scholarship

Overview

The Howard Baker Scholarship was established in memory of Howard Baker to support students pursuing higher education who demonstrate academic potential and community involvement. The Howard Baker Foundation provides assistance to City of Detroit residents in financing their education at Wayne State University and to encourage continued progress towards a degree and recognize scholastic achievement.
