Leader Advancement Scholarship

Overview

The Leader Advancement Scholarship is established by Central Michigan University and managed by the Sarah R. Opperman Leadership Institute. It is awarded each year to outstanding high school seniors who have distinguished themselves through a record of leadership and service in their schools and communities. The program is designed to cultivate Michigan's next generation of leaders by providing them with a cohort-based academic experience, including specific leadership coursework and community service projects.
