Outstanding Student Citizen

Overview

The Outstanding Student Citizen award is an annual program that selects and recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional traits, qualities, and values attributed to being a responsible, compassionate, and caring leader in their school. One student from each Clarkston school is awarded this honor to promote good citizenship within the community through action and example. The Clarkston Area Optimist Club established this program to encourage youth to lead by example and make the Clarkston area a better place for families.
