This Scholarship is made possible by a bequest from the Jean Kemler Larkum Trust. Mrs. Larkum was a Rochester native and a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. She was a world traveler, a licensed pilot, and an avid skier, golfer and skater, who always enjoyed helping others.
