Community Foundation Men’s Fund Scholarship

Overview

The Community Foundation Men’s Fund is supported by a group of residents and local businessmen who meet annually to raise money for local nonprofits and fund a scholarship. This fund is part of a tradition that harkens back to the 1960s when local business leaders would gather over breakfast and put $100 bills into a cigar box to support neighbors in need. Today, the heart of the Men’s Breakfast remains the same, focused on neighbor helping neighbor and enacting real, positive change in the community.
