Overview
Church in the City Grants are awarded to projects in line with the 2017 pastoral letter Unleash the Gospel and that propagate the Catholic faith in the cities of Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park. This grant program addresses needs within the Catholic Foundation of Michigan's focus areas of fostering Catholic Education and Formation, building vibrant parish life, and empowering social outreach. These grants are part of the Foundation’s annually offered field of interest funds which allow individuals and families to support impactful granting funds for the benefit of the community today and for future generations.
