Established by the Mary Alice Yakich Educational Foundation, Inc., this scholarship is designed to support students attending Catholic Central High School who demonstrate a commitment to their education and personal growth. The scholarship is awarded based on a combination of financial need, scholastic ability, and the personal character of the applicant. The Foundation maintains the right to discontinue support if a recipient's academic efforts, achievement, or conduct are found to be unsatisfactory during the course of the year.
