The John and Katherine Pieters Daniels Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in October 2014 by John and Katherine Pieters Daniels to support the mission of Catholic Central High School. John and Katherine were 1944 graduates of St. Mary’s High School (now Catholic Central High School) who believed in the power and privilege of a Catholic education. Katherine was an early childhood educator who started the first kindergarten classes in East Troy, while John continued his father's grocery business; together they remained loyal supporters and Roundtable members for over forty years.
