The Lloyd Sippel Servant Leadership Program honors the legacy of Mr. Lloyd Sippel, a man whose life embodied humility, faith, and dedication to Catholic Central. His briefcase—entrusted to us after his passing—remains a powerful symbol of responsibility and carrying the mission forward. Through this program, students engage in meaningful, community service opportunities throughout the year, learning that leadership is not about titles but about showing up with a willing heart.
