Brother Eugene Kelly was a teacher and administrator at Brother Rice. This scholarship is named in his honor and rewards students who demonstrate both academic and character excellence. The scholarship was established to help make Catholic education at Brother Rice High School accessible and affordable to talented students who exhibit the pillars of Respect, Integrity, Character, and Excellence.
