Overview
The Pauline Mansfield Conger Scholarship was established in 1992 by R. Gilbert Conger as a tribute to his wife and a memorial to the Conger family. Pauline Mansfield married into the University of Michigan family; her husband, Gil Conger, was one of four brothers who were all U-M graduates. The fund provides merit and need-based scholarships for undergraduate students at the University of Michigan. Pauline earned her B.S. in 1945 from the State University of Iowa.
