Overview
The Louisiana Legislature established the Tax Donation Credit (TDC) program to empower families with financial resources to choose the school that works best for their child. Through the TDC program, any individual or corporation with state income tax liability is eligible to donate to ACE Scholarships Louisiana and receive a 95% state income tax credit. ACE Scholarships Louisiana is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides needs-based tuition scholarships to K-12 students from lower-income families. Since its founding in 2014, ACE Louisiana has delivered nearly 18,300 scholarships totaling over $77 million worth of investments in students throughout the state.
