Montana Student Scholarship Organization Tax Credit Program

Overview

ACE Scholarships Montana uses donations to provide scholarships for students in working-class families to attend quality nonpublic schools. Established in 2012, ACE Scholarships Montana is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that partners with families, donors, and private schools to provide equal access to quality education. The program operates through the Montana Tax Credit for Qualified Education Contributions, which allows donors to receive a 100% state income tax credit, with at least 90% of each donation used to fund scholarships to help keep the Montana K-12 private education sector strong.
