Pat Siuda Memorial Scholarship Fund

Overview

Established in memory of Patrick Siuda (1946-2023), who grew up in northern Michigan, served in the Army, and had a long career with the Michigan State Police. Mr. Siuda believed that hard work and perseverance, rather than just good grades, defined success, and he was dedicated to public service. He served on the Deerfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals, was active in local 4-H programs, coached youth softball, and was a member of Sacred Heart for more than 40 years. He delivered more than 37,000 meals for Meals on Wheels over 12 years and possessed a true servant's heart. He wanted his life of public service to inspire students at Sacred Heart Academy to pursue such fields as health services, law enforcement, emergency services, teaching and more.
