Dr. Foster B. Gibbs Scholarship

Overview

The Dr. Foster B. Gibbs Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Saginaw United High School in Saginaw County, Michigan. Students who have completed a shared-time course of studies at either the Saginaw Career Complex or the Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need and participation in extracurricular activities and community service.
